The Chuckie F. Mahoney Memorial Foundation provides mental health resources and suicide prevention education to empower parents and teens throughout western Pennsylvania. Beginning in 2002 as a scholarship fund honoring the memory of Chuckie F. Mahoney IV who died from suicide, the 501c3 nonprofit evolved to fund mental health initiatives in school districts, similarly aligned nonprofits and suicide prevention agencies.
